Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsoring a session or activity at AAC helps promote your company, laboratory, or university while helping to offset expenses including costs for junior scientists, students, and colleagues who could not otherwise afford to attend.

Sponsorship Opportunities

  • AAC Bronze Sponsor $1,000
    • Exhibit table: One 6′ table with two chairs in the Grand Ballroom Foyer where all coffee breaks and the Poster Session are held. Table available from Sunday, November 6 – Friday, November 11.
    • Listed as a sponsor on the AAC’22 website.
    • Included in introductory slides shown at the beginning of each plenary session.
  • AAC Silver Sponsor $2,500
    • Includes all items in the Bronze Sponsorship plus:
      • Listed on sponsor signage to be placed in high traffic areas of the workshop.
  • AAC Gold Sponsor $5,000
    • Includes all items in the Bronze and Silver Sponsorship plus:
      • Literature and/or promotional giveaway distributed at workshop registration.
      • Sponsor logo included on the workshop home page.

Optional Sponsorship Add-On Items

  • Sponsor inclusion in the Daily Email Blast – Include your advertisement in the pre-conference email overview sent the prior Friday or in the daily program emails sent to all conference attendees. Emails will be sent out Sunday-Friday of the workshop (6 days).
    Cost per blast: $1,000 (up to 3 ads/day will be available to sponsors).
  • Coffee Break Sponsorship – Sponsor one day of coffee breaks at the workshop. Each day, there is a morning and afternoon break and signage will be placed during both breaks.
    Cost per day of coffee breaks: $1,250.
  • Sponsorship of the Workshop Poster Session and Reception – Sponsorship will be recognized on signage as the attendees enter the session/ reception as well as cards on the bars.
    Cost to co-sponsor with another company: $3,500.
    Exclusive sponsorship: $7,000.
  • Sponsorship of the Workshop Welcome Reception – Sponsorship will be recognized on the signage as the attendee enter the reception as well as on cards on the bars.
    Cost to co-sponsor with another company: $5,000.
    Exclusive sponsorship: $10,000.
  • Sponsorship of the Workshop Banquet – Sponsorship will be recognized on signage as the attendees enter the banquet as well as on the slides shown during the dinner and awards.
    Cost to co-sponsor with another company: $10,000.
    Exclusive sponsorship: $20,000.
